“Manthan” (मंथन) is a Sanskrit word meaning “churning”, which symbolizes deep contemplation, reflection, and the process of inquiry to gain knowledge or a solution. The mythological story illustrates that during the intense process of churning, both positive outcomes (like the nectar of immortality) and negative elements (like deadly poison) emerged.
Our course, Manthan, emphasizes that the act of deep inquiry and transformation can bring forth various outcomes, and dealing with both the good and bad requires wisdom and balance. The intent of the upcoming batch of Manthan is “Finishing 2025 Strong”
We use psychological tools from NLP and Gestalt Therapy
This course is for any individual. You could be a leader / parent / teacher / counsellor / mental health professional or an ardent Spiritual Seeker.

In 6 carefully curated modules, Manthan, helps you in understanding yourselves, build stronger meaningful relationships and broaden your perspectives. This course weaves together psychological frameworks from Neuro Linguistic Programming, Gestalt Therapy, etc with a dash of Upanishadic wisdom. This blend enables participants to go through a journey of deep inner churning and complete the course with a clear sense of emotional, mental, and spiritual flourishing.
This is a space for seekers, coaches, therapists, leaders, and all those who wish to live with authenticity and balance.

After each session, participants are encouraged to reflect and complete experiential exercises. These exercises are designed to deepen the learning and integrate practices into daily life. - Attendance:
Complete participation across all 6 sessions is required for certification.
